Skills & Experience

-Strong understanding of job analytics, HR technology, and recruitment processes is a plus.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
-Experience with data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, BI tools, data visualization software).
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
-Willingness to travel as needed.

Roles & Responsibility

-Technical Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our job analytics product, including its features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
-Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value of our solution.
-Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs.
-Product Demonstrations: Conduct live product demonstrations, webinars, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our job analytics product.
-Proof of Concept (POC): Manage and execute POC projects, ensuring successful outcomes that demonstrate the product's value and functionality in the customer's environment.
-Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical resource throughout the sales cycle.
-Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to help drive product improvements and innovation.
-Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, integration guides, and user manuals.
-Training: Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on the effective use of our job analytics product.

Education

Bachelo's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
